Heralded as 'one of the best live dance acts on Earth,' by the Village Voice (USA), The Crystal Method (TCM) aka Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland are electronic music pioneers who have been known over the last ten-plus years for their enduring dancefloor anthems ('Now Is The Time', 'Keep Hope Alive' and 'Busy Child').
'Come Back Clean' is The Crystal Methods 2nd release from their Grammy nominated 4th studio album 'Divided By Night', which isset for UK and international release on Black Hole Recordings later this year following a successful US self-release. The original 'Come Back Clean' features Emily Haines of Metric on vocals and super-drummer Samantha Maloney (Hole, Mötley Crüe, Peaches, Chelsea Girls) providing extra beats.
Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland's trademark slick production on this hook-laden track sets the tone of the release which is further bolstered by an impressive remix package from artists including US house DJ Kaskade, whose recent collaborations with Deadmau5 have seen huge international chart success and the Queen of Breaks herself, Annie Nightingale & Far Too Loud. Kaskade's remix of 'Come Back Clean' has been been receiving some serious props across the dance sphere with support across the globe and plays on Pete Tong's BBC Radio One show. There's also huge support for the Annie Nightingale & Far Too Loud remix from names including Anderson Noise, Play Paul & Dave Dresden.
The video for 'Come Back Clean', shot in Los Angeles, was directed by Alexandre Moorse, who also shot the critically-acclaimed video for 'Drown In The Now', the first release from the new album 'Divided By Night'. The video, which features an appearance by Samantha Maloney, is cut to the Kaskade remix of the track which has received excellent reactions from dance radio.
